What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the country you chose (if any), the language of the page, the form you used and the time you gave your consent.

To prevent abuse we keep, for a short time, a one-way hash of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address. We never store the IP address itself.

Why we collect it

Only to let you know when Growboxit launches and to send you the offer reserved for waitlist members.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect anything done before.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months from when you signed up.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties.

The site and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our technical provider (data processor) under its data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and statistics

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent. Just email edoardobellomonte@icloud.com — we’ll reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority in the EU country where you live.
